Sainsbury's chooses Center Parcs for training event series
Sainsbury's has selected Center Parcs to host a programme of more than 70 training events until August.
The programme is aimed at 2,600 senior store managers, as well as other key Sainsbury’s colleagues including operating board members.
The training sessions, which began last month and run until August, each target around 40 colleagues as part of a two-day event.
Team building activities include Center Parcs’ spiders web challenge and an orienteering course and learning from the events will later be cascaded throughout Sainsbury’s stores.
Center Parcs corporate events team worked with agency Pro-ven to secure the contract with Sainsbury’s.
Sainsbury’s director of colleague engagement Jacki Connor said that having launched the Making Sainsbury’s Great Again programme at Center Parcs previously, the "resorts have played a part in Sainsbury’s recent growth and success".
