Work on fifth Parcs site gets under way

Work on a multi-million pound Center Parcs development began this week.
Bowmer & Kirkland Ltd has been appointed by the short break firm to construct the leisure buildings and facilities at the new Woburn Forest site with work set to be completed in spring 2014.
The £93million contract includes construction of the buildings for the Subtropical Swimming Paradise, restaurants, spa, 75-bedroom hotel, sports hall, conference spaces, supermarket and other associated buildings. It will be the fifth site for Center Parcs in the UK.
