CUSTOMERS have been left furious over a decision by Center Parcs to switch up its booking policy, branding the move “incredibly unfair”.
Those heading to the posh holiday park must now cancel any bookings for the spa or other activities seven days prior, rather than 12 hours in advance, to get a full refund.
The change is coming in October and means people may have less flexibility for their holiday.
Angry fans have blasted the pricey holiday camp, with some branding the move as “greedy”.
