Ellie Simmonds moved the nation to tears of joy earlier this summer when she smashed two world records to celebrate two memorable Paralympic golds.
Now the London 2012 hero is making new waves in the pool where she first learned to swim... to launch a new £4million water ride.
Teenager Ellie was the first to experience the Tropical Cyclone at Centre Parcs' Elveden Forest resort, riding in a special edition gold raft with children from local Swimming Club, Thetford Dolphins
