Woburn Forest appoints general manager

A general manager has been appointed for the new Center Parcs holiday village being built in Woburn Forest.
Wayne Matton has been announced as in the role for the park, due to open in spring 2014. Construction started on the village last week.
Over the next 18 months, Mr Matton will be involved in the planning for the operational elements of the project as well as assisting with the recruitment of the 1,500 staff who will work at the new village. Once open, he will be responsible for the day-to-day running of Woburn Forest - Center Parcs’ fifth UK village.
