Center Parcs has started the search for 50 Lifeguards for the new village in Bedfordshire. This marks the largest part of the recruitment drive for Leisure staff for the site with those recruited starting new roles in January.
The Company are looking for cheerful individuals who are good communicators and can perform under pressure. Center Parcs also asks that they have RLSS Pool Lifeguard or NARS qualification. Lifeguards will be expected to maintain a high level of guest service and pool cleanliness as well as reporting any maintenance issues and ensuring guest safety at all times. Lifeguards must also meet RLSS Standard Lifeguard cover.
The successful candidates will work in the brand new Subtropical Swimming Paradise which is due to be completed in the spring. Woburn Forest will have the largest Subtropical Swimming Paradise compared with the existing four Center Parcs villages and will be the result of 25 years of experience. Within the Subtropical Swimming Paradise, there will be a wave pool, toddler pool, family play area, Lazy River, Wild Water Rapids and three exciting water rides.
