The CEO of Center Parcs is hopeful that work on bringing gas to their Longford forest project will begin this side of Christmas.
Martin Dalby and other senior Center Parcs executives held the third of their community forum gatherings with locals in Ballymahon last night, at which updates on the project were announced.
Over 110 workers are currently on site everyday setting the foundations for the project while the contracts for the construction of the lodges and central buildings are due to be signed shortly, with construction to begin in January.
