What’s it all about: Balance your body and mind with a relaxing Pilates session during your break. Working to condition your body by strengthening your core muscles and improving flexibility and co-ordination, Pilates is a powerful, body conditioning exercise.

Active Cycle

What’s it all about: Follow along at your own pace in our Active Cycle class that is guaranteed to burn maximum calories whilst toning. Our instructor will put you through your paces as they guide you to through the varying resistance levels on your bike to deliver a high-intensity workout. This class is perfect for beginners and experts as you can pedal at your own pace.
