Center Parcs' Nottinghamshire holiday village at Sherwood Forest will close as the county enters Tier 3 lockdown restrictions, it has been announced.
The village is set to close at 1pm on Friday, October 30, and is not expected to reopen until "at least" November 26.
Visitors with breaks booked during this time will be contacted shortly and offered a £100 discount to reschedule their holiday.
A statement posted on the Center Parcs Facebook page read: "Following the recent announcement relating to Nottinghamshire moving to Tier 3/Very High alert level, we have made the decision to close Center Parcs, Sherwood Forest.
"The safety and wellbeing of our guests and staff is our absolute priority and we feel this is the right decision to keep everyone as safe as possible.
"Sherwood Forest will be closed from 1pm Friday, October 30, until at least November 26, 2020.
